Mid-Autumn Festival Gala Performance Application 

Please click the link to complete the Georges River Association Performance EOI Form, and upload your background music and/or video in the form. Please log in with your Gmail account to fill out the form. You will receive an email after completing the form and can make changes to the information provided. If you or your group are participating in one of our events for the first time, please also submit a rehearsal video.

Performance registrations for the Mid-Autumn Festival event close at 12:00 pm on 18th August.

The theme of this year's celebration is "Many Cultures, One Community". Priority will be given to performances that align with the event theme.

To ensure the quality and smooth running of the gala, performers are kindly requested to arrive before the full program officially begins and remain at the venue until the entire program has concluded. If you have any special circumstances that require you to leave earlier, please let us know in advance.
