Before the Spring Festival in 2020, a criminal gang had committed a series of crimes in Hurstville, including stealing bags, cash, credit cards, and even cars. The victim sought help from the George River Association (GRA). GRA accompanied the victim to the police station more than ten times to assist the investigation which led to the final arrest of the criminal gang.

GRA promotes the installation of full-coverage cameras on the streets, increasing the number of police officers with multi-cultural background who can speak community language, enhancing the communication between the police and the people, raising residents' awareness of public security and prevention.  Read more >>
